I have been on a journey for quite a while to find the most delicious single-origin, fair-trade, organic specialty from around the world. Tuesday at 10 am, we will explore where specialty coffee comes from and what makes it so darn special. From week to week, we may look at coffees from a particular region, a particular roast style, as well as different brewing techniques. It is a very low-key gathering of anyone interested in coffee at any level.
